CRM & deal pipeline

Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is the sales CRM in Zoho's business software suite. The company states it serves 350K businesses and has been selling the product for 21 years. The pitch is faster lead response, better pipeline management and leaner sales operations for teams that want to configure the system themselves.

Lead handling covers capture from web forms, spreadsheet imports and a card-scanner app for events; duplicate prevention and merging, AI-assisted enrichment and a data preparation tool; lead scoring, either rule-based or AI-generated; and engagement across email, phone, social media and online meetings from inside the CRM. Consent tracking, double opt-in and GDPR and HIPAA compliance features sit alongside those.

AI is built in as Zia. Prebuilt agents come from the Zia Agent Store, custom agents are built in Zia Agent Studio, which also works from a CLI alongside editors such as Cursor, VS Code and Claude Code, and an MCP interface lets CRM data be reached from assistants including Claude and ChatGPT. Tier features include appointment scheduling, calendar and inbox integration, multiple pipelines, inventory management, CPQ, predictive intelligence and Google and social ad integrations, and Zoho lists more than 1,200 integrations with other apps.

Pricing is per user per month, and Zoho offers free migration assistance for teams switching from Salesforce or HubSpot plus six months free for those locked into another contract mid-term. The pricing table on the crawled US page displayed rupee amounts, ₹800 and ₹1,400 per user per month, behind a currency selector, so the current dollar figures for each tier need to be read off the live page.
