About Real Estate Bench

Real Estate Bench is run by Gabe Petersen, an operator of mobile home parks, RV parks, and self-storage, and the host of a podcast for small-balance commercial real estate investors.

The site exists because the same question comes up on every episode and in every community thread: who do you actually use? Which lender will look at a park in Oklahoma? Which qualified intermediary has never lost a client’s money? Who moves homes in Georgia? The answers were scattered across voice notes, DMs, and memory. This is the place they live now.

Every category an investor touches is mapped, from finding the deal to selling it, whether or not it has vendors yet. Empty categories are open invitations. Suggest a vendor and help fill them.
