CRM & deal pipeline

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around visual pipelines. Deals carry a value, win probability and expected close date, move through stages the team defines, and are colour-cued when they go cold, so the daily question is which deal to work next rather than how to run the software. It is aimed at small and medium-sized companies, and lists real estate among the industries it serves.

The core product covers pipeline and lead management, sales automation, email sync and tracking, reporting and dashboards, meeting intelligence and a mobile app. Around it sit priced add-ons: LeadBooster for lead generation, Web Visitors to identify companies browsing the site, Smart Docs for shareable trackable documents and templates, Campaigns for email marketing, and Projects for delivery work after the deal closes. More than 500 tools connect through the marketplace, including Google, QuickBooks, Asana and Slack, and a 14-day free trial runs without a credit card.

Pipedrive began in an Estonian garage in 2010, built by salespeople for salespeople. It now employs more than 850 people across eight countries, says more than 100,000 companies use the product, and is backed by the investment firm Vista Equity Partners.

The pages crawled do not publish plan prices, and several capabilities buyers assume are included — lead generation, visitor identification, documents, email campaigns — are separately priced add-ons. Price the tier plus the add-ons you actually need before comparing it with an all-in CRM.

Best for

Small acquisition, leasing or brokerage teams that want a visual pipeline with activity reminders and email tracking they can configure themselves. Teams needing property-level data models or investor reporting will outgrow it.
