CRM & deal pipeline
InvestorFuse
InvestorFuse is a CRM for real estate investors organized around the next action on each seller lead rather than a static pipeline. It was built for acquisition teams that need follow-up to happen on schedule and want to see exactly where a lead sits in its lifecycle.
Leads from each source land in a designated campaign, and the system reports on the lifecycle from there, including cost per lead, cost per signed contract, and cost per closed deal. A workload view shows what each team member has open and whether actions are being completed on time, which is aimed at owners deciding whether an acquisitions team is under- or over-loaded. A support team handles setup and questions.
The company was founded in 2016 as the first no-setup Podio solution for real estate investors, then built its own software after two years of running on Podio. Carrot acquired InvestorFuse in January 2022, and the product is now sold as CarrotCRM inside the Carrot platform. Existing InvestorFuse accounts continue to be maintained and receive features released into CarrotCRM, and new customers are directed to sign up for CarrotCRM instead. Support is handled through Carrot.
Because the product has moved under Carrot, evaluate what is on offer as CarrotCRM rather than the InvestorFuse marketing, and get pricing there: none is published on the InvestorFuse site.
