CRM & deal pipeline

DealCloud

DealCloud is Intapp's deal and relationship management platform for private capital, real assets, and investment banking firms. It holds relationship management, pipeline and deal management, and fundraising and investor relations in one system.

Intapp sells DealCloud next to its other products for those markets, including conflicts, code of conduct, and employee compliance tools, plus an integration service for connecting a firm's existing systems. AI capabilities across the suite are marketed under the Intapp Celeste name.

Deployment is a project rather than a signup. Intapp offers implementation services, business consulting, and training, runs DealCloud University for client teams, and maintains a network of certified implementation partners; it says most of its clients use one of those partners when deploying. Support is organised globally, with separate published numbers for the US, UK, and APAC.

Pricing is not published. Intapp traces its work with partner-led firms to a no-code integration product launched in 2002, and DealCloud is a registered trademark of Integration Appliance, Inc. Ask what implementation scope, timeline, and ongoing administration a team your size should expect.
