BoldTrail is the flagship product of Inside Real Estate, an independently owned real estate software firm that says it serves over 400,000 agents, teams, brokerages, and franchises. The platform consolidates the company's earlier brands — kvCORE, BoomTown, and Brokermint — into a single system rather than keeping them as separate products.

The platform covers an AI-assisted Smart CRM, customizable IDX websites, lead generation services, recruiting tools, and back office automation, with separate logins for BoldTrail BackOffice and BoldTrail Recruit, plus a performance dashboard called Vitals. The company's pitch is that it connects front and back office so a brokerage runs end to end on one system.

Deployment is brokerage-wide. The architecture is built so a brokerage can create its own technology ecosystem on top of it through custom branding, integrations, and add-on solutions, which is the main reason it is sold at the organization level rather than per agent.
