Zonda supplies housing data, research, and advisory services to homebuilders, developers, building product manufacturers, multifamily developers, lenders, and investors. It also runs new-home marketplaces, NewHomeSource and Livabl, and sells digital sales and marketing software to builders, and publishes BUILDER.

The data platform, Zonda Enterprise, tracks the new home construction lifecycle: land status, new and existing home inventory, sales performance, and future supply, updated daily. Users can define geographies by state, zip code, subdivision, or a drawn area on a map, then slice by product type, lot size, and pricing. The research arm publishes market reports covering 100+ U.S. CBSAs, each with 109 data fields including 48 proprietary points, plus recurring outlooks for apartments, rental and build-to-rent housing, homebuyers, master planned communities, and building products. An advisory group does tailored consulting for new homebuilding, from feasibility questions through positioning.

Zonda states it has 100% engagement with the top 100 builders in the US, tracks 500+ housing metrics in Zonda Enterprise, and staffs its advisory group with housing experts averaging 28 years of industry experience. A land acquisition product, Zonda Land AI, is announced as coming soon and is being promoted through a waitlist.

What to check directly: data, marketplace listings, advisory work, and digital software are separate product lines and none of them publish pricing, so scope and cost come from a sales conversation. The multifamily material is concentrated in the Apartment Outlook and Rental Housing Outlook rather than in the core builder platform.
