Yardi Voyager

Yardi Voyager is the enterprise tier of Yardi's product line: a web-based, integrated platform for mobile operations, leasing, analytics and services, bought by owners and managers who want operations and accounting for a whole portfolio in one system.

Voyager is sold alongside the rest of the Yardi catalogue rather than on its own. The Investment Suite covers the investment lifecycle, the Energy Suite handles utility cost recovery, the Procure to Pay Suite replaces paper purchasing, and Aspire delivers staff training. Smaller portfolios are pointed instead to Yardi Breeze, which covers residential, commercial, affordable housing, manufactured housing, self storage and associations.

Yardi builds market-specific configurations for multifamily, commercial, affordable housing, public housing authorities and senior living, and has layered Yardi Virtuoso, its AI platform, across both the daily tools and the data underneath them.

Pricing is quoted rather than published and every implementation is configured per client. Yardi runs the YASC user conference, whose San Diego edition is held October 7-9, and that is the practical place to see the current product set in one room.
