Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association

Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association is the California trade association for the manufactured housing industry, focused on land-lease community owners and operators. State associations are where park owners learn state-specific landlord-tenant statute, installer licensing, titling rules, and legislative changes, and most run an annual convention and a member directory of licensed transporters and installers.
