Verifast is a tenant screening and income verification service for rental operators. It verifies an applicant's income and identity and presents the result as a screening record showing monthly income and a rent-to-income ratio.

The company positions the product as a way to approve more of the applicants who actually qualify: its home page states that operators approve 8% more people without increasing risk, on the strength of what it calls transparent income and identity verification.

Only the marketing home page renders publicly. Pricing, the data sources behind a verification, integrations with property management systems, and whether credit and criminal screening are included are not published there, so an operator should get all of that in writing from Verifast before switching a screening workflow.
