Transaction Coordinator Academy

Transaction Coordinator Academy is a school for transaction coordinators. It sells courses, coaching and consulting to people who want to do contract-to-close work for agents and teams, rather than coordinating files itself.

The catalogue runs from entry-level training in transaction coordination process and procedure through to business-building courses for coordinators who want their own practice. One-on-one coaching and mastermind groups sit alongside the courses, and free material includes a blog of training posts, a TC Survival Guide in audio and infographic form, and the TC Collective community on Facebook.

The academy grew out of its founder's own coordination business, started in 2005, and a contract-to-close handbook published in 2015 that led to coaching requests. Its meta description says more than 1,000 transaction coordinators have been trained since.
