TheAnalyst PRO, published by CRE Tech, Inc., is a subscription platform that takes a commercial deal from underwriting through marketing to transaction management in one place. It is aimed at brokers, investors, syndicators and lenders who would otherwise juggle spreadsheets, a design tool and a file-sharing service.

The analysis side produces investment analysis, comparative lease analysis, lease versus own analysis, loan amount analysis and target cap rate analysis, backed by calculators for cap rate, cash-on-cash, GRM, IRR and NPV, time value of money, mortgages and 1031 exchanges. Property reports cover location risk, demographics, a property location report and a commercial property tour and rating, with distance and area measurement tools and aerial and location maps.

On the marketing side the platform generates offering memoranda, property flyers and brochures, infographics, property websites and the Commercial Package PRO, all branded with the subscriber's logo and contact details and unlimited on every plan. DealRoom handles transaction management with secure document sharing, an automated NDA workflow and role-based permissions for owners, contributors and viewers. The platform is available in English, Spanish and French, with a native iOS app for iPhone and iPad.

Pricing is published: $89.99 per month with a $49.99 account setup fee, or $699.99 per year with no setup fee. Some advanced reports and AI features consume Premium Credits bought separately, and the login terms state a subscription is for individual use only — check seat requirements before buying for a team.
