Its business insurance side is organised by solution (cyber, government contracting, international, management liability, mergers and acquisitions, surety) and by industry, with real estate and construction among the named industries. It also runs specialty MGA, reinsurance, and embedded insurance operations alongside retail brokerage.

For individuals and families the firm writes personal insurance, private risk for high-value homes, collections, marine, and farm and equine exposures, plus Medicare and individual health.
