Tennessee Housing Association

Tennessee Housing Association is the Tennessee trade association for the manufactured housing industry, representing manufacturers, retailers, community owners, installers, lenders, and suppliers. State associations are where park owners learn state-specific landlord-tenant statute, installer licensing, titling rules, and legislative changes, and most run an annual convention and a member directory of licensed transporters and installers.
