TenantCloud is property management software for independent landlords, growing portfolios, and property managers, with separate portals for landlords, tenants, owners, and service professionals.

The platform covers listing syndication, online rental applications and screening, lease building with built-in e-signature, rent collection by credit card, debit, ACH, cash, or check, maintenance requests, move-in and move-out inspections, accounting with custom reports, and team management with per-property permissions. Attorney-reviewed, state-specific landlord forms are included on the higher plans and sold separately on the lower ones.

TenantCloud was founded in 2016 and reports more than 100 global employees across the US, the Philippines, and Ukraine, over one million landlord and renter users, and more than a billion dollars in rent payments processed each year. Published plans are Starter at $18 a month, or $15 a month billed annually; Growth at $35, or $29 annually; Pro at $60, or $50 annually; and Business starting at $100 a month, each with a 14-day trial. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CST, with a priority line for Business members.
