Sunward Steel Buildings

Sunward Steel Buildings is a steel building manufacturer at 6800 E. Hampden Ave in Denver, Colorado. It sells pre-engineered metal buildings directly as the manufacturer, and its building types include steel mini storage, boat storage and RV storage buildings as well as warehouses, shops, hangars, barns, commercial retail buildings, car washes and steel building homes.

The company handles pre-planning, drafting of building plans, value engineering, stamped engineering plans, fabrication and delivery to the job site, and works alongside the buyer's architect or general contractor. A 3D designer and 3D renderings are offered during design, and insulated metal panels are available. Buildings ship as kits from the factory; project write-ups describe customers erecting buildings themselves using the supplied manual.

Sunward has been manufacturing since 1972 and says it has delivered over 75,000 buildings worldwide. Its project pages record specifications such as wind speed rating, snow load, roof pitch, framed openings and wall insulation. The company also sells WedgCor and Rockford branded buildings and keeps inventory of buildings available for immediate delivery.

Prices are quoted per building through a free consultation and quote. The site lists several different phone numbers and describes its manufacturing footprint differently on different pages, so the current contact and factory arrangement are worth confirming when requesting a quote.
