Sunbelt Business Brokers is a network of franchised business brokerage offices that list and sell operating businesses. The public site is built around a listing search: a buyer picks a region, a business category and a price band, and is routed to the local office holding the listing.

The search categories show the kind of businesses that move through the network — transportation and storage, entertainment and recreation, building and construction, beauty and personal care, wholesale and distribution, among others — and price bands run from under $250,000 through $1 million to $5 million and on past $50 million, with the network describing its clients as lower middle market. Individual brokers are presented with their own tenure, from around 12 years to 23 years in the market, which is a reminder that the office matters more than the brand in a network like this. Sunbelt also publishes seller-side guidance on preparing a business for sale and on the five common routes to finding a buyer, and recruits new franchisees to open their own brokerage offices.

The network states on its home page that it sells more businesses than anyone in the world and calls itself the largest business brokerage network in the world. Regions in the search extend beyond the United States to Mexico and Central America.

The franchise, locations, valuations, FAQ and contact pages were all blocked by the site's bot protection when crawled, so office coverage in a given state, valuation service terms and fee structure could not be read and have to be confirmed with the local office.
