Stripe is a payments and financial infrastructure company. Its APIs accept card and bank payments for businesses of every size, and the same rails sit underneath many reservation systems, self-storage platforms and property management products that operators already use.

Operators reach Stripe either directly or through a platform that has embedded it. Direct products cover online and in-person payments, subscription and usage-based billing, hosted invoicing and payment links, prebuilt checkout, fraud screening, payouts to third parties, card issuing and sales tax automation. For larger builds Stripe sells professional services staffed by engagement managers, implementation consultants and integration engineers.

The platform supports 135+ currencies and payment methods with cardholder support in 195+ countries, states 99.999% historical uptime, and reports $1.9 trillion in payments volume processed in 2025. Stripe says more than 5 million businesses build on it.

Published card pricing is 2.9% + 30¢ per successful domestic card transaction with no setup or monthly fees, and custom packages exist for large volume or unusual models. Money-management features such as multi-currency balances, transfers and lending are listed market by market with several still on a forward roadmap, so availability should be confirmed for the countries in question.
