StorageAuctions.com

StorageAuctions.com runs online lien auctions for self-storage facilities. Operators list delinquent units, bidders browse by location, and each listing shows the unit size, the categories of contents visible in the photos, the current bid, the number of bids placed and the time left to run.

For a bidder the sequence is find a unit, place a bid, win it, then visit the facility to collect the contents. The site's FAQ covers proxy bidding, how to tell whether you hold the high bid, where to see the auctions you have bid on, storing and changing payment methods, sales tax, cleaning deposits, what happens when a unit is cancelled, what fees follow a win and what to do after winning. On the seller side the platform describes itself as a management tool for auction administrators and sellers, covering auction creation, auction settings, bids and user activity.

The operator says more than 100,000 storage auctions have run on the platform since 2014, and at the time of this crawl it listed over 2,848 live auctions across the country. Support runs through customerservice@storageauctions.com and (866) 944-8530, and the footer carries a Storable copyright.

The FAQ answers themselves did not render in the crawl, and nothing on the crawled pages sets out what a facility pays to list a unit or which lien-notice steps the platform handles. Both should be confirmed before a facility moves its auctions here.
