Simply Noted
Simply Noted is a handwritten mail platform. Machines write each note, card, or letter with a real ballpoint pen, and the piece is then stamped and mailed. Sends are triggered from a CRM, the company's API, a Zapier workflow, or an uploaded CSV, and the company states there are no minimums or contracts.
Two products are offered. Handwritten note cards are folded cards with a pen-written message inside, hand-addressed envelopes, and a real stamp. Postcards carry a full-color printed front, the customer's artwork or the company's, with a real handwritten message on the back. Oversized 6x11 jumbo postcard mailers are also available.
Every mailer carries a USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode, so in-transit and delivered scans are reported for each piece and the next touch can be timed to the day mail lands. A trackable QR code can be printed on each card for attribution.
Pricing runs either as an Unlimited plan at $497 per month with notes at $0.89 each, or as prepaid credits where one credit equals one send and the per-card price falls with volume; postcards start at $0.69 per card. Credits expire twelve months after purchase, and financing is offered on larger orders.
