Septic Service Pro

Septic Service Pro works only on septic systems, serving residents and businesses in northern Georgia. The company is licensed and insured to repair and inspect septic systems in Georgia, and states it no longer installs new systems.

Services include septic tank pumping and cleaning, drain field repair, septic tank locating with an electronic transmitter flushed down the drain, broken tank lid replacement, main line cleaning by hydro-jetting, sump and ejector pump service, and 24-hour emergency repairs. Prices are quoted to the customer before work starts, and there is no markup for weekends or holidays.

Drain field work is repair-first. Fields built with plastic pipe and gravel are hydro-jetted to loosen biomat and debris, the material is vacuumed out with the pump truck, and aerobic bacteria with a slow-release oxygen powder is introduced to restore absorption. The company reports a 99% success rate on systems installed after 1980 and advises owners who have been told they need a new drain field to get a second opinion first. It also advises pumping every three to five years.

For property transactions the company locates, opens, and inspects the tank, checks for sewage leak-out, odors, or lush vegetation, uses digital location equipment to find lost tanks, evaluates drain field lines, quotes any repairs needed, and issues a septic inspection letter for closings. Two offices are listed: 562 Lakeland Plaza, Suite 202, Cumming, and 6295 Holly Court, Buford. The services page shows a 5.0 rating based on 117 reviews.
