Add-ons extend or amplify a posting: a Job Booster pushes a post to the top of the board, a Job Post Refresher keeps it live two extra weeks, and a national upgrade widens reach beyond the local market. Postings can also be made confidential, hiding the employer's name.

- Can a job posting be kept confidential?
- Yes. When posting a role there is a checkmark that makes the posting confidential and hides the company name from the public. Employers using it should avoid naming the company inside the job description.
- What if a role needs to stay posted longer than 30 days?
- A Job Post Refresher extends the posting for another 14 days. It can be paired with the Job Booster, which pushes the post back to the top of the board for added exposure.
- When do employers see a candidate's information?
- Only in two cases: when the candidate applies to a position with a resume and cover letter, or when the candidate has uploaded a resume and given employers permission to search the resume database. Deleting the resume from the account removes it from that database.
