SECO National Conference for Community Owners

SECO is a nonprofit annual conference for manufactured housing community owners and managers, held each October in Alpharetta, Georgia. It is organized by community owners and draws attendees from more than 35 states for education sessions, a vendor hall, and manufactured home displays.

It has run for roughly 14 years.
