SECO National Conference for Community Owners

SECO is the National Conference of Community Owners, an annual event for manufactured housing community owners and managers. SECO26 runs October 6-8, 2026 at the Avalon Hotel in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Programming is planned by community owners rather than a corporate board: education sessions and hands-on workshops, panels, a supplier area, manufactured homes on display, and networking events across 2.5 days. Badges are split between owner/manager and industry supplier, and registration, cancellation and transfer terms, hotel booking, and parking are covered in the conference FAQ.

The conference began when about a dozen Georgia-based community owners started meeting about the challenges in their industry. The first larger gathering drew roughly 50 southeastern owners to Atlanta, and it now draws owners and managers from 35+ states and Canada. It has run for more than 14 years.

SECO is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized by volunteers who own communities themselves, and net proceeds go to veterans and first responders. Registration and sponsorship are handled on the site; questions go to contact@secoconference.com or (770) 378-8408.

Best for
