Scott Insurance is an employee-owned insurance brokerage headquartered in Lynchburg, Virginia. It places property and casualty coverage, employee benefits, captive insurance programs, surety bonds and personal risk cover, and says its focus is mid-market companies rather than the smallest accounts or the largest national ones.

The brokerage runs captive insurance operations in Grand Cayman and the United States and sponsors group captives of its own, including Select Partners, introduced in 2015. Its ninth office opened in Greenville, South Carolina in 2016.
