SafeStor (Storable Insurance)

SafeStor is the tenant insurance and protection line of Storable, which sells an integrated technology suite to self-storage operators. Coverage is sold to tenants at facilities running Storable software.

Storable groups its products into attracting tenants (marketing, websites, and the SpareFoot marketplace), managing facilities (SiteLink, storEDGE, Storable Easy, and Storable Edge), protecting the business (insurance and tenant protection plans), and collecting payments (online payments plus delinquency and collections automation). Other modules include access control, a CRM, business intelligence, auctions, and a chatbot.

The company was formed in 2018, when SiteLink, SpareFoot, and storEDGE combined, and the integrated platform launched a year later. It went on to acquire Easy Storage Solutions, CallPotential, and StorageAuctions.com, and added Molo, Stellar, and Newbook to serve marine and RV and campground operators. Storable says more than 33,000 facilities use its self-storage platform.

The insurance page publishes no coverage limits, premium splits, or revenue-share terms, and the crawled pages never use the SafeStor name. Operators should confirm the current program name, the operator's share, and which management systems the program attaches to before signing.
