Rosenblum Goldenhersh is a full-service law firm in St. Louis serving businesses and individuals in the Midwest and throughout the country. Its commercial real estate lawyers represent developers, owners and lenders on the financing, construction, leasing, operation and purchase and sale of commercial, residential and industrial projects.

Real estate matters include acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate litigation, condemnation and eminent domain, development, architectural and construction contracts, easements and boundary issues, landlord-tenant matters, planning, zoning and government relations, real estate based lending, and restrictive covenants. The firm also handles tax issues, debt and equity financing, restructuring of troubled real estate projects, formation and liquidation of limited partnerships and limited liability companies, and like-kind multiple party exchanges.

The firm's partnership syndication practice grew into its current tax credit financing practice, and its attorneys represent owners and developers of tax credit financed developments across the country; in recent years it added New Markets Tax Credits and Renewable Energy Tax Credits, along with a labor and employment practice.
