Rocky Mountain Home Association
Rocky Mountain Home Association (RMHA) is a non-profit trade organization for the manufactured and modular home industry in Colorado. Its members include attorneys, community owners and operators, installers, insurance providers, lenders, manufacturers, realtors, retailers, suppliers and transporters.
The association supports members with training, continuing education and industry information, and works with lobbyists, attorneys and related organizations on legislative and regulatory issues. It works with state agencies on adopting building codes and Installation Program requirements, and its staff handle Division of Housing training seminars.
RMHA also runs consumer-facing tools: a home search filtered by brand, beds and baths and square footage with 3D tours, a member directory searchable by business type, and explainer material on how factory-built homes are built, financed and regulated. The association has represented the industry for more than 40 years and holds an annual conference; the 2026 conference is set for the Monarch Casino and Resort in Blackhawk, Colorado.
Membership benefits and dues are described on the association's site, which also has a secure member portal for payments. Mail goes to a post office box in Berthoud. Confirm current dues and conference dates before planning around them.
Best for
Colorado community owners, retailers, installers and lenders who want a state-level industry body, a member directory and a legislative contact. Its published material covers manufactured and modular housing, not RV parks.
