Bridge lenders
Roc360
Roc360 is a New York holding company for a group of residential real estate investment businesses. Its core is lending to real estate investors, covering short-term bridge and transitional loans, fix-and-flip lending, single property rental loans, and multifamily term loans on non-owner-occupied residential and commercial property. Loans reach borrowers through commercial brokers, third-party originators, a direct-to-borrower subsidiary, and a network of private lenders for whom Roc360 acts as a white-label capital provider.
The group's brands include Roc Capital for lending, Finance of America Commercial and CIVIC Financial Services, both acquired in 2023, ElmSure for property insurance, Wimba Title, Tamarisk Appraisals for residential appraisal management, and the Haus Lending lead-generation platform. Roc360 also lists investment management and construction management services.
Roc Capital entered the market in 2014 and the Roc360 holding company was announced in January 2020. The site reports $2 billion in loans funded life to date by 2019, $10 billion by 2023, and $15 billion by 2024, along with three residential transitional loan securitizations, a Roc360 REIT launched in 2023, and an insurance dedicated fund focused on residential credit assets. A 2020 release describes loans from $75,000 to in excess of $20 million and close to $750 million of insurance bound through ElmSure.
Roc360 ranked No. 302 on the 2022 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 with 483% revenue growth and says it has been recognized there for three consecutive years. Terms are quoted deal by deal. Headquarters is at 645 Madison Avenue in New York and the main line is 212-607-8333.
