Rippling is a workforce management platform that runs HR, IT, and finance off one employee record. Its products include payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, performance, a learning management system, identity and device management, corporate cards, expenses, procurement, bill pay, travel, and a workflow builder for custom automations.

Because the products share one data model, a change such as a new manager or department propagates everywhere, and onboarding can push a device, app accounts, and training from a single action. The company says new hires can be set up in 90 seconds and that the platform integrates with 600+ apps.

Global coverage includes an employer of record for hiring without a local entity, payroll run through a customer's own entities, contractor payments, and a contractor of record service. Compliance tooling spans all 50 states and 180+ countries, flags minimum wage, sick leave, and wage payment risks, automates state and local tax account setup and a range of filings, and bundles employment practices liability insurance; HR Services connects customers to PHR and SHRM certified advisers. The site says 25,000+ businesses use the platform.
