Texting requires registration and a purchased number, and some AI features require the company's own phone service with call recording.
LCS also sells rmVoIP hosted telephony, contact management, and website work through a template suite, a themed rmWebPro build the team can turn around in as little as two weeks, and fully custom sites. A Solutions Partner program lists outside providers for accounting, IT, staffing, call center, and legal work that operate inside Rent Manager. Training runs through Rent Manager University, guided online sessions, a certification program, and an annual user conference.
