REDX
REDX supplies skip-traced homeowner and seller lead data to agents and prospecting teams, paired with the Vortex lead management system and its own power dialer. The five core lead types are expired listings, for-sale-by-owner, for-rent-by-owner, pre-foreclosures and GeoLeads, which returns contact data for homeowners in an area selected by dropping a pin or drawing a boundary.
Leads are delivered daily into Vortex. Numbers are cross-checked against the National Do Not Call Registry and flagged before a prospecting session begins, lists are checked by people for accuracy and duplicates, FRBO leads are filtered to exclude properties managed by property management firms, and lead types are cross-tagged so a prospect that also falls under another category is visible. Older expired leads are included rather than charged for separately, and GeoLeads provides 2,500 leads a month with email addresses and market trend data.
Tools around the data include the Power Dialer in single-line and multi-line (3x) versions with local presence area-code matching, whitelisted numbers, unlimited talk time, DNC flagging, agent number filtering, spam monitoring and remediation, call recording and Vortex integration; Ad Builder for Facebook and Instagram campaigns synced to lead lists; DIY mailers and done-for-you postcards; Brand Builder for social video editing; and REDX Teams, which shares one lead database across a team with assignment, performance dashboards and up to 5 licences. Training includes a three-day prospecting bootcamp, virtual trainings, courses and a Facebook prospecting community.
Pricing is published by lead type and by bundle: FSBO at $49.99 a month, FRBO at $59.99, GeoLeads at $60 and Expireds at $69.99, with a Core plan at $199 a month covering all five core lead types with Plus Insights, Vortex, skip tracing and mailers; Connect at $299 adds Ad Builder and a single-line dialer, and a $349 plan adds multi-line dialing. Team accounts add users at $75 a month. REDX is an authorized reseller of the WAVV dialer and states that compliance with federal and state telecom law, including DNC rules and consent for multi-line dialing and pre-recorded messages, remains the agent's responsibility.
Best for
Agents and investor acquisition teams that prospect by phone every day and want DNC-screened seller lists plus a dialer. Not a fit for anyone wanting inbound or exclusive leads — these lists are sold to other subscribers in the same area.

Common questions
- Does REDX handle Do Not Call compliance for me?
- Only partly. REDX flags numbers on the Do Not Call Registry before a prospecting session begins and scrubs lead data and homeowner phone numbers against the list, but the company states that compliance with federal and state telecom laws remains the agent's own responsibility.
- What is circle prospecting?
- A localized lead generation strategy where an agent focuses on a specific geographic area or neighbourhood and reaches residents directly through cold calling, door knocking or personalized mailers. REDX sells GeoLeads for this: the agent drops a pin or draws a boundary and gets skip-traced contact information for homeowners in that area.
- Do I have to use the REDX dialer?
- No. REDX is an authorized reseller of the WAVV dialer with a native integration, but the company says it also integrates with other dialers and with many CRMs that include their own dialer.
