Property data

PropertyRadar

PropertyRadar is a public-records property data and outreach platform used by real estate investors, residential and commercial agents, mortgage professionals, and home and property service businesses. Searches run against 300 or more criteria covering property characteristics, owner details, demographics, and dozens of distress and life-event signals, and matched lists feed phone, text, email, mail, and online campaigns from the same account.

The company began in 2007 as ForeclosureRadar, a platform built to make foreclosure records readable for investors, agents, journalists, and government agencies, then expanded beyond foreclosures to comprehensive property and owner information, and since 2020 has added one-click multi-channel marketing and automation. Owner phones and emails come pre-matched rather than requiring separate skip tracing, and the platform also provides sales comps including off-market transactions, the full chain of title with deeds, loans, liens, and assignments, saved-list monitoring alerts, and iOS and Android apps.

Coverage is 160 million or more properties with property data across all 50 states. Plans are Solo at $119 per month or $99 prepaid annually for one user, Team at $249 per month or $199 annually for three users, and Business at $599 per month or $549 annually for ten users. Exports, monitored properties, contact appends, email sends, and relatives are metered by plan, direct mail is priced per piece with 4x6 postcards from 60 cents and 6x9 postcards from 70 cents, and dialer and SMS bundles are sold separately. A 5-day free trial is offered.

The company is based in Truckee, California, and says its customers have won over $250B in new business using its data. Because every plan meters exports, contacts, and monitored properties, buyers should confirm which allowances their plan includes and what additional contacts cost before building large lists.

Best for

Investors, agents, loan officers, and home-service contractors who want to build owner lists from public records and run their own mail, call, text, and email campaigns; the metered plans suit local operators better than bulk data buyers.
