Privy is a subscription platform for residential real estate investors and the agents who serve them, built by R.E. Data Lab. Its Comparative Search technology analyses what investors in a market are actually buying, improving, and reselling, and uses that activity to surface comparable deals rather than a raw listing feed.

The data behind it is direct MLS feeds, public records on properties across the country, live and historical rental data, and Privy's own investment activity data. A user sets a market and a strategy, and matching deals surface as they appear; automations and notifications run the search in the background. Fix-and-flip and rental filters are live and BRRRR filters are listed as coming soon.

Deal detail includes comparable transactions, before-and-after data and construction-level photos from completed flips, and rental comp tables. Market tracking follows flip transaction velocity, rental spreads, and neighbourhood performance over time. Privy also lists certified Privy Pro agents for investors who want a local agent already working in the platform.

Investor plans are $97, $149, and $249 a month, or $78, $119, and $199 billed annually, with a 30-day money-back guarantee; tiers differ by market coverage. Privy says its direct MLS connections cover 85% of listings and that new markets are onboarded monthly, so confirm your market is live before subscribing.
