AI phone agents
Phonely
Phonely builds AI agents that answer the phone, and also handle chat, SMS and API-driven conversations. It is sold to any business with inbound call volume, and publishes a building management template aimed specifically at property managers handling tenant maintenance calls.
Agents are assembled from public templates or built in Phonely's own builder, then connected to existing tools for real-time appointment booking and CRM updates. Calls are recorded, transcribed and analysed, with AI summaries and call transfer and routing available. The building management template answers instantly around the clock, captures the tenant's name, building address and unit, and contact number, asks follow-up questions to judge urgency and safety, then categorises the request — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural damage, pest control, appliances, security and vandalism, garage doors, gas odours, intercom, keys and fobs, pool and snow removal — before routing it to the team.
Phonely says more than 10,000 businesses use the platform and claims SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and PCI compliance, with a business associate agreement available to Enterprise customers and PII redaction supported. It offers more than 1,000 voices with cloning and multi-language turn-taking, and publishes latency for its own Alma model at 182 ms to first token against 490 ms for GPT-4.1. Enterprise plans add white-glove agent buildout, a designated account manager, custom telephony and SIP trunking.
Plans are metered in minutes with per-minute overage on top, and the site quotes different free allowances in different places — 100 minutes a month on the pricing page, up to 200 on the building management template. Confirm the included minutes, the overage rate and which compliance certifications apply to the plan you are buying.

Common questions
- Which Phonely plan fits my call volume?
- The free plan covers 100 minutes a month. Starter is aimed at solo operators and organisations taking up to 50 calls a month; Pro at businesses handling 50 to 1,000 calls a month that want outbound calling, webchat, priority support and A/B testing; Enterprise at organisations above 1,000 calls a month or needing custom integrations, telephony or enterprise security.
- Does Phonely build the agent for me?
- On the Enterprise plan, yes. Phonely's team builds, configures and optimises the agent, sets up the workflows and tailors the conversations, and a dedicated team member stays involved through setup and optimisation.
- Is Phonely HIPAA compliant?
- Phonely says it supports HIPAA-compliant deployments and can sign a business associate agreement for Enterprise customers. It also supports redaction of personally identifiable information handled during calls.
