Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association
The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA, which markets consumer-side as PaCamping) is a nonprofit trade association representing privately owned campgrounds and RV parks across Pennsylvania. It has been working in the outdoor hospitality industry since 1963 and represents over 215 campgrounds and RV parks in the state, each individually owned and operated.
For owners, the association runs a state camping directory in print and online that lists member parks by region, an annual convention and trade show, RV and camping shows, a business member directory of suppliers and service providers, and an employment board where member parks and business associates post open jobs. Consumer-facing pages cover trip planning, visitor fees, firewood and emerald ash borer quarantine rules, and regional attractions.
Membership has a published standard: a lodging establishment organized to accommodate five or more separate designated campsites, in privately owned or campground-owned lodging, which may include site-specific electric and sewer hookups, bath houses, stores, recreational areas and pools, and which holds all applicable licenses and certificates to operate a campground, visible, current, and aligned with state requirements.
The association's office is at 415 Taylor Drive, Suite 302, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. Dues are not published on the site, so prospective members should request membership terms directly.
