Passco Companies is an Irvine, California real estate investment firm that sponsors Delaware Statutory Trust offerings, primarily Class A multifamily, for 1031 exchange and cash investors. It has sponsored DST and TIC programs since the early 2000s and also operates a property management arm.

Offerings are distributed through broker-dealers to accredited investors.
