Partners Real Estate is a Houston, Texas commercial real estate firm that combines brokerage, property services, development and investment vehicles on one platform. It represents occupiers and tenants on one side and landlords, owners and investors on the other, across office, industrial, retail, land and healthcare property.

Occupier work covers office, industrial and retail tenant representation and includes single-building and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, leases, subleases, renewals and expansions, land acquisitions, build-to-suits for purchase or lease, sale-leasebacks, tax-free exchanges and sealed bids. Owner-side work covers agency leasing, investment sales, healthcare and medical investment sales, and a property services division that manages assets for owners in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth and Atlanta, and more widely across the Sunbelt.

Founded in 1997, the firm is privately held and says it has more than 300 professionals and over 75 partners across the Sunbelt, operating on an equity partnership model in which the professionals share in ownership of the firm. Offices are listed in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Atlanta. It recently merged with the Atlanta-based property management firm Seven Oaks to extend its property services in the Southeast. Partners Capital is its investment and development platform for multi-tenant office, industrial and retail property, and it also runs value-add, land and hospitality investment funds.
