Parallel Markets verifies who investors are and whether they qualify to invest. The service covers Rule 506(c) accredited investor verification for issuers, identity and KYC checks on individuals, KYB and corporate onboarding for entities, and continuing AML monitoring. Its own site states that Parallel Markets is now iCapital Identity Solutions.

Onboarding automates data and document collection from individuals and institutions and presents compliance flags to the client's team for review and monitoring. Corporate onboarding maps beneficial owners so entity intake runs in days rather than weeks, and an Entity Data Manager holds the resulting records. Investors who complete verification receive a reusable investor passport that can be used again across the platform instead of repeating checks for each offering. Developer documentation is published for teams integrating the checks into their own flow.

The company says more than $25 billion has been raised to date through its 506(c) accreditation service. Accreditation verifications are completed through iCapital Markets LLC, an affiliated entity that is a registered broker-dealer and a member of FINRA and SIPC. Its published commentary covers FinCEN's AML rules for investment advisors taking effect in January 2026 and an SEC no-action letter on accreditation verification.

The parallelmarkets.com site states that it will soon be retired and directs visitors to iCapital. Confirm current pricing, contract terms and API endpoints with iCapital before integrating, and check which entity your agreement is with.
