Transaction coordinators

Paperless Pipeline

Paperless Pipeline is transaction management software for real estate brokerages, teams and transaction coordinators. It holds the paperwork, checklists, key dates, compliance trail and commissions for each deal in one record, from listing through pending to closed, instead of spreading them across drives, calendars, spreadsheets and email.

Offices are modelled directly: each location can have its own admins, checklists and settings, teams nest underneath, permissions are set per role, and leadership pulls reporting across every location from one dashboard. Brokerage groups running separate accounts can use an Enterprise Portal for centralised account creation, login-as and combined billing. The optional Commission Module handles per-agent splits, tiers and caps. Trials run 14 days with free setup and no card, and upgrades ship roughly every six weeks.

The company has been in live production since 2009 and says it is still independently run rather than folded into a private-equity portfolio or a larger suite. It reports more than 1,700 brokerages on the platform and involvement in 8% of all US real-estate transactions, with a 4.7 rating on G2 and 5 out of 5 on Capterra. Support is by email at help@paperlesspipeline.com, and most brokerages are live within a week.

Billing follows new transactions created each month, not agent count, and every tier is published. Map your own monthly transaction volume to the tier table before comparing it with per-agent systems, and decide up front whether you need the Commission Module, which changes the price materially.

Common questions

What counts as a transaction file?
A transaction file is anything from a listing to a pending deal to a closed one, and it is counted once, when it is created. Changing the status later — from listing to pending, for example — does not create a second transaction or a second charge.
How does the monthly transaction quota work?
Creating a transaction file counts it against the quota for the current billing cycle. The quota resets on the billing date each month, and open transaction files created in earlier months do not count against the new month's quota.
