OpenPhone
OpenPhone now trades as Quo. The product is a shared business phone system: one number and one inbox holding a team's calls, texts and voicemails, with apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and the web, and a business number that can be set up in minutes.
Incoming calls route to the right person by availability, business hours or job type, and an AI agent called Sona answers when nobody on the team can, handling common questions, qualifying leads and capturing details after hours. Every call and text is threaded to the contact with recordings, AI summaries and searchable transcripts, and internal notes and mentions keep colleagues aligned when a conversation changes hands. Calls and texts sync to other tools the business already uses.
Quo publishes a property management configuration of the product: routing by property and on-call schedule so maintenance emergencies reach the right person, automatic replies confirming a tenant request was received, and one shared inbox for reviewing missed calls, transcripts and coverage gaps across a portfolio. Parallel versions exist for home services, law firms, healthcare and education. The company says it powers conversations for more than 90,000 businesses and shows a 4.7-star rating from more than 3,400 reviews.
Switching from another provider is offered free and without a contract. Pricing is not shown on the pages that set out the product, so confirm the per-user cost, any minute or message limits, and what tier the AI answering sits in.
