NWP Services (RealPage Utility Management)

RealPage Utility Management covers utility billing and utility expense management for multifamily operators. It sits in RealPage's utility and sustainability group alongside smart waste management and sustainability services, and is built to run on the same data as the rest of the RealPage platform, including the OneSite property management system.

The line is sold as part of that wider suite rather than as a standalone service: the same account can cover leasing and marketing, financial and accounting, spend and vendor management, and investment and asset management products. Utility operations, regulatory alignment and portfolio-wide sustainability reporting are treated as one workstream, with energy monitoring, analytics and automation offered to bring utility costs down.

RealPage sells into conventional multifamily plus affordable, student, senior living, single-family rental, self storage, commercial and community association portfolios, and markets to both institutional owners and small independent portfolios.
