Northgate describes itself as the creator of the Camp Fimfo brand of camping resorts and the largest franchisee of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Parks, alongside other brands and locations.

For owners, the company sells turnkey third-party management covering operations, branding and marketing, capital improvement, human resources, purchasing, accounting and financial reporting, labor management, food and beverage, revenue management, groups and events, compliance and recreational programming. Feasibility work analyzes topography, soils, vegetation, access, utilities and permitting constraints and produces conceptual yield and density studies.
