North Dakota Manufactured Housing Association

The North Dakota Manufactured Housing Association (NDMHA) is a state trade association representing all segments of the manufactured housing industry, including manufactured home builders, suppliers, retailers, community developers, owners and managers, insurers and financial services companies.

Located in Minot, North Dakota, NDMHA works to promote fair laws and regulations, increase and improve financing options, promote a positive image of manufactured housing, provide technical analysis and counsel, promote industry professionalism, and remove zoning barriers to the use of manufactured housing.

The association publishes a filterable directory of member products and services covering finance companies and mortgage lenders, parts distributors, engineering firms, transporters and mobile home services, insurers, and property management companies, along with the state agencies, housing finance bodies and county building and zoning departments an owner is likely to deal with. It also posts state installation program material, installation guidelines for used homes, information on the HUD manufactured home dispute resolution program, and fair housing and equal opportunity material.
