New Hampshire Campground Owners' Association

The New Hampshire Campground Owners' Association, known as NeHaCa, is the state trade body for private campgrounds and RV parks in New Hampshire. Membership is open to campgrounds offering overnight or seasonal campsites, and the association says its primary purpose is promoting camping in the state.

Most of what a member gets is demand generation. The association publishes and distributes more than 150,000 copies of its New Hampshire Loves Campers guide each year, runs a searchable campground map and a member promotions page on its site, carries an association display at eight to ten New England camping shows annually, and distributes through show companies from Florida to Canada.

It has managed the New Hampshire Camping and RV Show for 50 years, with average attendance of 7,000 to 9,000; the 51st show runs March 13 to March 15, 2026 at the Hampshire Dome in Milford. The association also tracks bills in the New Hampshire General Court that affect the camping industry and publishes links to the legislation it is monitoring. It describes its work as three areas: marketing, advocacy, and education or resources, and its site notes it is funded in part by the State of New Hampshire.

Dues, member categories, and guide listing deadlines are not published on the public site; the association asks prospective members and anyone with a complaint about a listed campground to contact its office in Epsom.
