NAA Education Institute (NAAEI)

The NAA Education Institute (NAAEI) is the training and credentialing arm of the National Apartment Association in Arlington, Virginia. It offers designations such as Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), along with fair housing and compliance training delivered through local affiliates and online.

Also operates the Visto online learning platform.
