Missouri Manufactured Housing Association

The Missouri Manufactured Housing Association represents the professionals who supply manufactured and modular housing in Missouri, including home retailers, community developers, suppliers and contractors, and other industry professionals. Its work is framed around advocacy, education, and collaboration to keep standards up and expand home ownership in the state.

Members get a members-only resources area, industry contacts across every segment of the housing industry, and a political programme that includes PAC fundraising events. The association also points consumers to member retailers and their floor plans, publishes FAQs and informational packets for home buyers, and maintains resources on financing through lenders that specialise in manufactured housing.

The association publishes Missouri market data. It reports 702 manufactured home communities in the state in 2025 and 117,599 manufactured homes as of August 2025, says the average multi-section factory-built home in Missouri cost $152.1K in 2025 against a national average new site-built price of $413,500 in August 2025, and puts manufactured homes at 4.5% of Missouri housing against 5% nationwide.
