MHI Congress & Expo

The MHI Congress & Expo is the Manufactured Housing Institute's national spring convention and trade show, drawing roughly 1,500 manufacturers, retailers, community operators, lenders, and suppliers. Recent editions have been held in Las Vegas and Orlando in April.

MHI also holds an Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., each September and a National Communities Council fall forum.
