MHI Congress & Expo

Congress & Expo is the Manufactured Housing Institute's national trade show for manufactured housing professionals. MHI describes it as an opportunity to network, learn and do business with more than 1,500 industry leaders, innovators and peers, drawn from manufacturers, retailers, community operators, lenders and suppliers.

The next edition listed on MHI's events page is April 12-14, 2027 in Orlando, Florida. Sponsorship and exhibiting are sold separately, and MHI operates a sign-up list that notifies registrants when sponsorship details are released. MHI membership carries discounted event registration and exhibiting rates.

The show is one of several MHI events. The Annual Meeting featuring MHI on the Hill runs September 22-24, 2026 in Washington, D.C. and combines advocacy with executive sessions; the National Communities Council Fall Leadership Forum runs November 4-6, 2026 in Chicago and gathers more than 500 community executives for programming aimed at community owners and managers, manufacturers, service providers, brokers, lenders and consultants; a Winter Meeting is listed with dates to be confirmed; and MHI also runs the Innovative Housing Showcase.

Registration prices are not published on the pages crawled, and the venue rotates between years, so check MHI's event calendar for current dates, city and rates before booking travel. Enquiries go to MHI in Arlington, Virginia on 703-558-0400.
