Manufactured Housing Institute

The Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) is the national trade organization representing every segment of the factory-built housing industry, including manufacturers, retailers, community owners and operators, lenders, and suppliers. It provides federal advocacy, HUD code and installation education, research, and networking.

MHI runs the Congress & Expo each spring, an Annual Meeting in Washington each September, and the National Communities Council for community owners.
