MetLife Investment Management is the institutional asset management business of MetLife, Inc. Its real estate lending group originates commercial mortgages on multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hotel, student housing, manufactured housing, and build-to-rent property.

Alongside long-term fixed-rate loans on stabilized assets it offers floating-rate, bridge, construction, and mezzanine financing for transitional ones, lending for MetLife's general account and for third-party investors.
