Manufactured Housing Communities of Oregon

Manufactured Housing Communities of Oregon (MHCO) represents owners and managers of mobile home, marina, and RV parks in Oregon. It describes itself as the largest organization in the state representing exclusively manufactured home communities.

The membership benefit members use most is the forms library: MHCO forms can be downloaded and customized for a specific park or community. Membership also opens full access to new and archived content from the association and its contributors.

MHCO publishes regular articles from its legal counsel on Oregon landlord-tenant practice, covering age-restricted 55 and older communities, assistance animals under HUD rules, insurance, and wildfire risk, with reference to ORS 90 on property rights and transactions and ORS 91 on tenancy.

The association runs seminars and an annual conference, and offers two membership tracks: community membership for park owners and operators, and associate membership for services and industry suppliers, who are also invited to take part in seminars, the annual conference, and site articles. Registration is handled online; the office is a post office box in Salem.
